At Bellare Swim, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

​

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items without hygiene liner or tags

  • Final sale / discounted items (if marked Final Sale)

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

​

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

​

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/provider to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

​

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

​

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider
